Sophomore with Strong Resume, Network, Decent school, 3.4 GPA. ADVICE WELCOME

I’m a sophomore at a regional semi-target, but I’m aiming for NY. I have a decent network through family friends and reaching out cold since early my first semester in college. I also have a pretty strong resume: sales, accounting, good talking point jobs, leadership positions, and I’ll be at a non-NYC boutique M&A shop this summer. However, I have a 3.4 GPA. This is from one semester(transfer), so it will swing a decent amount this semester. I have been grinding and have been doing well, hopefully with 3.6-3.7 at the end of the semester. I thought after this semester I would be pretty good with a better GPA and deal experience on my resume that I could talk about in interviews, but with this extremely accelerated timeline, I am feeling pretty much fucked. My plan is to work on GPA right now, and some apps will be closed but not all will be done. Also, non-core happens after core from what I’m aware of. I am networking my ass off, but is there anything else you recommend? I'm not going to take this timeline being bent over, but I don't think I have a competitive chance applying right now. Would love anyone’s thoughts, Thank you.
