Stock Compensation

So recently BBs have been moving more towards stock compensation when it comes to bonuses. With that in mind....

If you could choose, which BB would you rather receive stock compensation from? I am not asking which BB you would rather work for. I am simply asking which BB you think will have the highest effective compensation due to stock appreciation.

I should have made it clearer that you should take into account that some banks give larger percentage of stock compensation than others. Example:

Bank A Bonus-

70% Stock 30% Cash

Bank B Bonus-

60% Stock 40% Cash

You're not going to get a satisfactory answer.

  1. Too difficult to predict the trajectory of each individual bank's stock price...

  2. The compensation split isn't going to be known by analysts or college students (the vast majority of the board here).
