Would love to hear some insight into the IB group at Stout, specifically how things are post-covid.
I know they have been growing over the past few years, is that still the case? Any update regarding comp or deal flow (assuming it's relatively strong given the current market)?

We've done a few deals with Stout representing the other side. They seem fairly competent in what they're doing. There are times I've scratched my head at their process when running a sell-side deal; however, they get it done.
I don't have any insight on deal flow/comp. It's all anecdotal experience with them on some LMM deals. As someone mentioned above, I can confirm that they do ESOP deals.
