This is junior year internship? ML obviously has a better name but Key will give you a better skillset for IB and more to talk about in those IB interviews. I’d go Key.

I’d put more weight on where you want to be geographically. I think the experience at Key would be more pertinent to banking, but if you want to be in New York, taking an internship in the city makes it a lot easier to network for a whole summer.
