Depends on the group. Would say Houlihan=Baird>HW>Blair=Jefferies in terms of sweatiness generally. But it really depends on office and group especially for houlihan and baird.
I have heard that the culture at Jefferies is absolutely terrible. Is that more the senior bankers are difficult to work with rather than hours? I would have put Jefferies with HL and moved Baird down to HW's level
