Target undergrads in Asia and Europe?

Hi guys.

We all know about targets in US such as HYP , Wharton, Stanford, Columbia, Dartmouth, etc. We aslo know about targets in UK such as Oxbridge, LSE , UCL.In Canada i guess they are unis such as McGill, U Of Toronto. But what about Asia and Europe? Let's make a list of targets for Asian and European countries!

For the German speaking part of Europe the target schools are: University of St. Gallen (HSG), Mannheim, WHU, and maybe the University of Frankfurt and the University of Zurich (this one especially for Economics).

Other target schools in the non German speaking part of Europe are: Bocconi, HEC, Stockholm School of Economics (SSE), Essec, ESCP Europe, Esade and, as you already said, Oxbridge, LSE and maybe Imperial in the UK.

Most of them are not real targets; some BBs come sometimes, mostly to recruit only for the branch offices. You could add Wuerzburg (remember LAZ there and some BBs) and WU (Vienna) where also some BBs and Boutiques visit every year and which is the biggest econ public school in Europe and has a decent alumni base

For Germany, you can add in EBS, LMU Munich and HHL Leipzig. University of Frankfurt is the hidden champion among these to be honest.

For non-german, also add in IE Business School and IESE.

I'm talking about liquid. Rich enough to have your own jet. Rich enough not to waste time. Fifty, a hundred million dollars, buddy. A player. Or nothing. See my Blog & AMA

These are the top targets that I know of in their respective countries. I'm def no authority on this though.

China: Tsinghua and Peking are like the Harvard and Yale (except harder to get into) Japan: University of Tokyo - going there basically makes you a demigod in Japan Korea: Seoul National University India: IIT France: Any of the Grand Ecoles
