Expect a ton of work for Industrial teams, particularly on the hard asset side; would expect increased hiring and flow in the industry as corporations look to get ready for the new reality post-tariffs. Also, I would expect more spin-offs and carveouts, but that's been a broader trend in the space, regardless. In a similar vein, I think the uncertainty around this might mean more potential for sponsors to potentially swoop in for take-privates at perhaps lower valuations.
