TD Cowen technology group NYC

Looking to get color on the tech group at TD / Cowen (all verticals) in NYC

Seems to be a respected group with exits ranging from good growth shops to other banks (Summit, Norwest, JMI, LCat, Bessemer and GS TMT / Qatalyst); how are bonuses in the group for juniors? deal-flow? culture/ hours? How does the group compare to healthcare?

thanks

I have the same question, but for London.

OP, do you mean their VSDA team by saying Tech?

Not sure how it works elsewhere, but their VSDA team is currently recruiting in London and I believe their entire TMT in London equals VSDA, please someone correct me if I’m wrong. Truth be said, I can’t find any info on that team in general

VSDA is very very strong in london and nyc. group has great deal flow and all m&a/buyouts and no cap markets

Best deal flow. Don’t forget to identify as “female” in your application and you will get hired as a priority, and offered accelerated promotion too. MDs will schedule special long coffee chats with you and explain how your superstar potential will improve fees and get the regulators off TD’s back. DoJ rated them as best employer for females in 2023.
