TD HY Debt Capital Markets

Any info on this team? Saw a posting up for an Analyst role so was hoping someone could chime in on some questions:

1) From what I understand the HY space is super small in Canada - so was wondering how many deals this team participates in.

2) Since this is HY vs vanilla IG would there be more credit analysis/modelling? Is this role somewhat similar to a Levfin IB role rather than traditional DCM which doesn’t do a lot of technical analysis? 

3) curious about comp; have heard that other DCM teams get paid same as IB at the junior level but since this group rolls out of global markets I’m curious what comp at the analyst and associate level would be.
