Work in US power and utilities sector (can't speak on chemicals or canada infrastructure) but I feel I don't see them anywhere near as much on mandates as Jefferies and when they are it is usually MM deals (100m - 500m) whereas I've seen Jefferies on more deals and bigger ones probably (300m - 1b+). So answer is no not the same tier as Jef or RBC imo. RBC is also is top in Canada I know that so def at most second to RBC in canada imo
