I have a question about the EV formula.
In EV formula, we should have the value of a preferred share right?
If preferred shares are not listed, is it right to use the book value of preferred shares from the latest filings?

is it right to use the book value of minority shares to calculate EV through the formula?
I mean from under the shareholder's equity in balance sheet?
