i mean not like jef can go much higher based off these rankings but they definitely have the right senior bankers (namely dolezal). more generally the firm has been luring in MDs in with multi-year comp guarantees - recent threads show that JEF houston bonuses have been down considerably compared to the absolutely insane comp the group was pulling say 5 years ago -- maybe we'll see something similar at least in the short term with ET but not really sure where the industry is going with the new administration in (anyone feel free to add here) but I guess we'll see
