It’s awesome. Only firm on this list in the top three for every criteria btw. A cut above the rest…

Swap LAZ and CVP for exits, EVR and PJT as well as PWP and MOE for comp, CVP and EVR for M&A, and delete the random culture ranking that doesn’t make any sense.

Lazard has better exits than Centerview because Centerview's 3 year analyst program and since it is a newer firm (relative), less analysts, and a lot of people just choose to stay.

Def has better exits than Moelis, this is a historic trend and PJT M&A as well, since most of MF PE exits are RSSG (some M&A). I think the gap between PJT M&A and RSSG is so wide u can treat those as different shops imo

Also the leagues table is out of date so congrats on PWP...

the m&a vs rssg exits thing is so overstated…they exit the same ceteris paribus. Maybe used to be true in like 2018-2022 but not anymore. They just aren’t huge in certain sectors which is why you dont specialize as an analyst.

edit: for prospects — if you like m&t, hc, gaming, life sciences, they’re quite strong
