Does anyone have knowledge or opinions on BTIG? Firm hasn't been touched on for a while here and want to know if anyone has insight on deal flow .

Career Resources
Mostly known for S&T but have been building out their IB arm over the past ~5 years, a little over 100 or so bankers at the moment. Good deal flow, have been doing a lot of ECM deals which makes sense considering the heart of the firm is S&T but have been adding bankers with M&A and private cap raise experience lately to round out their capabilities. Also, have been developing a foothold in the digital asset and cannabis space. Has good culture, flat leadership structure so there is access to everyone up to the CEO. Relatively protected Saturdays aside from immediate live deal needs. Looking to build themselves up in a similar way to what Jefferies has done over the past 5-10 years.
Also, bonuses are paid out semi-annually.
