Thoughts on PPE Major (Philosophy, Politics, and Economics) at UMich

I was recently admitted to U of Michigan (LSA). I was planning to study Econ and hopefully transfer into Ross or do a Ross minor. Although I still want to do a Ross minor or transfer, I have become more interested in the PPE major. I understand that this major isn’t traditional (neither is economics) to get into investment banking. However I think the PPE major sounds super interesting and cooler than econ. I was wondering what everyone’s take is on Econ vs PPE in regards to IB placement
