Can anyone offer some insight on compensation and potential exit opps in this field? It's a pretty niche field but it's been growing rapidly over the last few years and almost all banks participate in this product. The group usually sits in CIB but I've seen it sit under their PB (Private Bank) platform given that the underwriting also involves underwriting against HNW-feeder vehicles.
