Transition from REIB to Traditional IB

I'm a class of 2020 graduate.  I've been in a top REIB firm for the past 8 or so months.  I've had previous internships in PE, HF, REPE and ReDEV.  I honestly hate my team and don't like the deals i've had to work on thus far.  I've decided to pursue traditional IB (open to any industry exposure).  How hard is it to transition from a top CRE firm to a traditional investment (boutique, BB, MM/LMM, or otherwise).  Your help is truly appreciated.
