Tying Figures across the deck

Hey all!

We just consolidated another deck that with carves from multiple groups and multiple excel files.

Any ideas on how to systematically tie the same number across the deck so that different pages don't show different values for the same figure?

For instance, the LevFin pages may have a multiple that is different than the multiple in the coverage's team deck?

I typically just open 2 windows in PPT and put one window one each screen. Then I check them manually. Once I have checked a page I put a green box with "OK" or "CHECKED". If there's a lot of figures on each page I typically color code the numbers as I go and then just change back the font color once I have checked all the figures. You could also use CTRL + F to check. However, that is somewhat risky as it requires you to know which numbers you are supposed to have multiple sets of and you also need to know how many sets there are. Sorry, but I don't think that there are any shortcuts here. Nothing worse than ending up with a bunch of figures that don't match and trying to reverse engineer the figures to understand why they differ.
