just hired a bunch of new MD's in 2020 (think three started this year), does a lot of UMM deal stuff. nice to have a strong BS when all clients are seeking financing in RE. Think general rep is competes with most BB, step down from top players BofA, JPM, etc. Unsure of Comp, hours are street average.

Deal flow as of last year wasn’t great - had one MD leave for RBC. That said, fantastic culture with a bunch of hilarious and very smart people. Probably my favorite group of the ones I interacted with at my internship from a culture perspective.
