IU Kelley has expanded their program a lot beyond the IBW. They now have a PE Workshop, IB Seminar, and Capital Markets Workshop. All in all, these programs place ~130 people/year into traditional IB and buyside internships. There is also a separate workshop for ER and S&T.

I’m not sure how this compares to UM but it’s pretty impressive for a school that’s viewed as a non target by most people.

Kind of a wash, you need to gun for it wherever you go at that point. I'd give it to Kelley since they have the workshops but it will still be competitive.

Michigan by a mile. More prestigious, massive alumni network across the street. IU is a generic midwestern flagship from which you have to be truly exceptional to even stand a chance of getting lucky enough to place anywhere good, if at all. Imagine comparing an investment banking workshop to an entire school.
