UMM PE Junior Summer -> IB FT

Hey All,

Currently at a well-regarded firm for my junior summer. Latest fund raise ~$6BN. Tier 2 city. We are covered by most banks across the street.

Title kind of says it all. Looking for a bit more of a structured program for my ft position. Would definitely consider coming back to the firm post banking.

How should I leverage my experience here for FT recruitment for IB? A few of the partners/more junior team members have offered to make calls for intros.

One general question: Is setting up the networking calls with the MD's/Staffers in July the best path forward for recruitment? Should I be networking with junior team members as well?

Thank you.
