Union Square Advisors Recruitment Process
I applied to us advisors and had two rounds of phone interviews from junior/senior analysts. And now I got another phone interview invitation from an associate at NY. I am wondering how many interviews are there for this companies. How's the recruitment process like for this tech boutique?

When did you apply and how long did it take for you to hear back?
the deadline is end of july according to the post on my college career board. It took less than a week for me to hear back.

Also got invited to a phone interview with an analyst. What type of questions did they ask?
mix of behaviorals and technicals, like dcf or merger model
Yea wait do they go super in-depth though? Is M&I 400 sufficient?
Also, that's interesting - around when was your first call? I have a second phone call soon, so seems like you're a little further in the process.

I got a third round phone interview. Is that superday? Or is there still a fourth round?
Has anyone heard back from the SF office? I think their timeline is slower than NY if I'm not mistaken.
