Unusual circumsatance for gpa
For my undergrad career I had an unusual (and mitigating) circumstance that contributed to a low gpa. Now, if I'm going for a summer associate position and enrolled for my MBA a semester early what would be the best course of action when writing a resume? Just listing my GPA at my current school? Listing my Master's GPA and trying to fit some sort of note on my resume as to why I excluded my undergrad? Listing both GPAs and then making said note? Thanks.
Tough to say without knowing what the circumstance was...

Let's go with something from the category of injury, illness, and/or death in the family. And by those I don't mean I got a hangnail, or had a cold one day, or my great grandad's second cousin twice removed died a day before I graduated.
The longer you are away from your college graduation, the less the college gpa matters. If you've had great work experience and have a very strong MBA gpa (or are at a strong MBA program that doesn't disclose grades), a note in your cover letter or an asterisk next to the college gpa with a note at the bottom of your resume will work.
If the extenuating circumstance happened early enough in college and you can demonstrate that you had a very strong gpa after you "recovered", you should do that (e.g. 2.5 overall/3.5 final year).
Definitely don't leave your gpa off the resume. They'll assume it's awful and you won't even be considered for an interview.

I always felt candidates from a lot of great MBA programs don't list their undergrad GPAs. Being enrolled in a decent MBA program should prove you have done well enough after undergrad that made you qualify for the MBA. If you have some relevant experience, then how well you are doing in the MBA program should matter more.
just for example, i remember reading this, look at the resume links. None of the Darden n Tuck guys have their GPA on their resume.
