Does anyone know anything about this place? other than the fact that it's a middle market ibank that specializes in m&a (nuff said from the website)? How are the summer internship interviews, if anyone's been through one? Thanks.
It's my understanding that they specialize in the security and public safety industries. Beyond that, there is little information available on them outside of mentions in a few scant news articles.
Don't know much but they just sold Positron to IPC (Silver Lake Partners portfolio company), which was a high profile deal.
