Why do some firms take a few weeks to reply post Super Day whereas others will call you the day of? Also any suggestions on managing fear/anxiety post Superday? It's all I can think of and it's crippling :(

Just relax and acknowledge there’s nothing you can do now. Firms are figuring out their classes, some earlier in processes can give offers out same day. Others who need to figure things out need a week to interview all candidates before making their final offers.
