Know Wedbush PacGrow is stronger on the equity research side of business, but wondering about how their IB division is. Understand it's a smaller team and can be considered boutique, but looking for more info on deal flow, exit opps, culture etc. Been looking into their HC team, but can be general info as well.

honestly only heard of Wedbush for ER, which it has a good rep for. Had no idea they did IB
Spoke with a recruiter there that was dumb as shit lol. Bowed out of a process so didnt have a chance to interview as I was focusing 100% on trying to get an offer at another shop.
