their website is so awful to navigate
I was able to access the application for a single day (indicated my interest in sophomore SA 2021 opportunities when applying to sophomore diversity summit). It was a pain to navigate. I haven't heard back about the summit or my application. Going to reach out to some alums this week on linkedin to see if I can get a push.

Is the sophomore diversity summit different from the CIB 2021 program? Is the CIB program diversity focused like other larger banks?
Yes, it's diversity focused, but I did read on wso a white dude attended. So perhaps they're open to non-diversity students as well.
Is it closed now? That seemed like a short window to apply.

I got in. Obviously virtual this year. Does anyone know if the program is supposed to act as a pipeline for summer internships?
