These are mid to my knowledge…think there were some groups that did worse than the lower performing group shown below
Aso 1 (higher performing group): ~$145K
Aso 2 (lower performing group): ~$130K
Aso 3 (higher performing group): ~$220K
This hurts because I got 100k as a top bucket Assoc 3

Then you weren't top bucket. They were paid ~175k. Still shit compared to Wells apparantly.
When homeless people pray for the less fortunate, they are thinking of baml investment bankers
General sense is people were paid decently well compared to street, but wider bands at each level dependent on performance.
Can you share that data?
All things considered in the market, that's not bad at all
