Saw the PE thread and wanted to make one for banking, what are WFH schedules like for banks these days? (especially after the new FINRA ruling)

I'm in Hudson Yards and we're still 4 days a week
I believe BNY still 3/2 company wide, but rumor is management is unhappy with that arrangement

BMO is 4 days in general. Some groups are trying their best to maintain 3 days in. M&M is mandatory 6 days a week

A few people do the remote month. In my experience, most people tend to just request a few days or week here and there to work remotely

GS and JPM are now 2 WFH days a week. They are called Saturday and Sunday
MM Bank - 3 days a week with mandated in office by 9:30am
In reality it's 5 days a week, and some people are even doing 6 days a week...
