What are EB analyst bucket ranges

Obviously this depends on dealflow/other factors but what are the bucket ranges for analyst bonuses for top groups at EB’s (Does it range from 70-100% of normal salary which is 95k) ? How does EVR/PJT/LAZ determine who gets into the top bucket and how does this work if the analyst class is 5-7 people total (Does this create a toxic/competitive work environment)

Can anyone speak to the bucket ranges for other boutiques (LAZ, CVP, MOE, PWP, GUGG, GHL, etc)?

From what I know, it varies greatly. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but from secondhand knowledge, (normal year) bonus can range from 50k-110k. Obviously if an analyst shits the bed, the floor can be lower, but it's pretty hard to be ultra bottom bucket when all you are is an excel and powerpoint junkie.

Can confirm this - also I've heard MOE buckets analysts into multiple sub-buckets (for eg there's a top of middle bucket, and top of top buckets) so bonuses can vary wildly. The top of top can hit 100k plus but I'd say the mean bonus is closer to 65k, so I'd say EVR/PJT is a better deal.

anyone know about some of the banks that haven’t been mentioned ? (PWP/GHL/GUGG)

Do high bonuses favor those from elite undergrads/M7 MBA or is it solely based on performance?
