What are the GARP and PRMIA?
Hi someone told me told about the GARP and PRMIA. Are they alternatives for the CFA and CAIA exams? I went to the website and it seems that they are both relatively new.
Any comments?
They are risk management certifications for the risk management field. the GARP was the international society of risk management professionals and a orginally a non-profit organization that sponsered the FRM. When it turned for profit, the Prmia was formed out of a subset of risk management people and the second credential, the PRM was formed.
