What Banks are still WFH flexible?
I know banks are working to get everyone back full time in office especially at the jr level but what banks are still flexible / don’t care how often you come in?

Lazard has a hybrid model in place with three days in the office. Curious to hear about other banks
Only in the US - absolutely not the case in other offices
Are they more or less than the US offices?
Whatever happened with that 1 month work from anywhere thing
Still intact
What about London?
3 days a week is average.
Definitely on the smaller side, but Union Square Advisors (MM tech) SF office can be up to 100% remote I believe. Have spoken to analyst that works fully remote.
Damn how are the analyst hours ? Are they logging off at 2am every night ?
Jpm?
Following JPM, I know there’s a huge push for RTO from management - Interested in days in the office/ leaving the office and logging back in at home during the evening
Citi is 3 days a week. Have heard in NYC they're keeping track of how many day's you're in but other offices have been more lax about the policy.
MQ very wfh
Standard seems to be Monday & Friday WFH, Tuesday-Thursday are in the office. Obviously there may be exceptions on a individual group basis.
Shut up intern
Literally just trying to give a detailed response and provide more information than just "very wfh". Since you're a second year analyst and obviously wiser than I, would you mind elaborating on what you've personally seen at MQ?
CS 3x a week in the office (depends on group)
At a healthcare boutique - mon - thur in the office
Has anyone seen groups going less than 3 times a week at the above mentioned banks like Maq and CS?
Yes lmao a lot of EB.
Gugg 4 days in the office. Some groups go in less.
Blair is 3 days in office.
BofA?
Go in everyday. Can wfh if your entire team is on vacation/on the road, which is rare.
Are you able to leave the office earlier/log-in from home earlier?
Evr?
4 days in office
Wells?
Pretty flexible, officially four days for banking but nobody is keeping tabs...at least in my group
JPM and MS are both 5 days in the office, they have a strict no WFH policy.. even on Fridays you get a bad telling off if you're not in the office..
Love to hear this
MS analyst here. Think its group dependent. My floor has multiple groups and no one comes in Friday. My group is also one of the "intense" groups and our analysts still choose to come in whatever days they want and no seniors say anything.
Jefferies is 4 days a week but not strict
My group is 2 days/week mandatory, EB
For those in the office 4-5 days how late are you all required to stay?
Also interested. Broadly, I’ve heard of banks/ groups where you can leave 5-7 PM and log back in after a quick break/ dinner. However, I think you lose your in-office dinner stipend if you don’t stay longer.
At GS you get the meal stipend and uber only if you stay past 8 and 9 respectively. 5 days/week at the office mandatory, 6 days/week (Sunday) preferred.
Jef industrials apparently still 3 days a week in office at max
Barclays ?
Most groups 3 days
Houlihan Lokey (NYC)?
Bank policy is 3 days a week, but MD makes us do 5 days a week lmao. Fml.
What group? Is that common for the coverage groups?
Group dependent. Prob just how your MD feels about it
how is it for canadian banks in nyc? heard td is doing 3 days in office. anyone know about rbc, bmo, scotia or cibc?
I'm an MBA student in CA weighing over a pivot from corp finance to IB. Anyone familiar with if any of the LA or SF based banks are doing any sort of hybrid model?
