What banks have a late process for SA24

Hi all,

Currently trying to recruit into IB coming from an extreme non target with a dry alumni pipeline. I applied to roughly 40 banks so far and it seems like I won’t be landing a summer analyst position for 2024 with any of these banks.

I extended my graduation by a semester so I could have a shot at recruiting into investment banking. With the lack of success so far I’m starting to feel like I made the wrong choice with my decision.

Does anyone know any banks that will soon start their recruiting process for SA24 or some that I could still apply to? Preferably LA area but truthfully open to anywhere in the US.

I’ve heard time and time again it’s a numbers game especially from a non-target but I don’t know what else I could do in my situation.

-I’ve done over 100 networking calls, I’d say roughly 30% of them went extremely well and they pass me to another analyst or associate to have conversations with as well.
-Boutique IB experience (Spring Analyst)
-Search Fund Experience
-Upcoming B4 internship this summer
-Created my own business from scratch and sold it
-Involved with 3 finance clubs on campus and pitched for our student managed investment fund
-Founding president of a club which won student org of the year at our school (out of 300 clubs, frats, sororities , etc..)
-GPA is an expected 3.7

What else can I even do at this point - I really wish I had some sort of guidance or some indication if what I’m doing is right and if not where am I messing up on. I really want to pursue a career in investment banking and have poured so much of my time at attempts to break in.
