yinyanyon, are you a complete idiot?

I mean how is your father so well connected yet you go to a complete non target?

And are utterly clueless?

my father is well connected because of his client relationship...and there are tons of people who go to non-targets who are really well connected you moron....and besides i got into other target schools like wharton...but i chose to come here because these guys are literally paying me to be here..unlike others who end up paying almost 160K for their education...i choose to pay 0$ and get to the same place as other people from fancy schools do using my connections...

he is utterly clueless. It's not like he's asking anything insightful or non-obvious.

there's a little something called the internet. If he gets bored reading division descriptions on a company website than he hardly has "reason" for even being here.

"besides i got into other target schools like wharton...but i chose to come here " if you did, than you would be even more clueless. But that would be impossible, hence you're a liar.

you idiot...did i not explain that i chose to come here for financial reasons?? if you dont the difference between 0$ and 160,000$...then you clearly dont belong to the financial world...i know so many people here in the honors program who got into places like duke and yale...but chose to come here...if you calculate the return on investment at UF compared to other colleges, you would clearly be able to determine that UF has the best ROI....as for my post...there are tons of people here post things like what does this or that comprise of...and each firm has a different set of divisions...and i just wanted a comprehensive list of those divisions...i believe the whole purpose of this website is to amalgamate information and not spend substantial amounts of time looking up stuff which can be readily available from someone else...you should really reconsider your thoughts before posting them publicly...

If you think you can calculate the ROI of going to UF vs... well, literally anywhere, then you're either dumb or have never taken anything outside of the accounting department. You're presuming UF and any other school on earth are comparable based on cost today and the job you personally are planning to get once you graduate. You will never even begin to comprehend the ways in which the experiences differ, because no social scientist in the sum total history of mankind has been able to fully quantify or explain returns to education, let alone anything else. I get the expected earnings argument, I can make a mean approximation at the discounted cash flows myself, but if you think the only value of an education is to make you employable... you're a colder bastard than I.

If you can get in with your connection by all means. otherwise i think you are better off spending the 160.
