What Financial Summaries to Include in a Deal Sheet?

I was thinking revenue, Adj. EBITDA, and some form of cash flow. Should I calculate unlevered FCF or can i go with EBITDA-CapEx as a proxy?

Any other metrics to include i.e., gross profit, D&A, etc.?
