What happens if a recruiter reaches out to you?
Should I feel confident? happy? nothing?
I am not too sure how this all works, apparently someone forwarded a recruiter my resume and they emailed me to apply (keyword: apply!) for a BB IB role. Personally, I am not quite sure what to make of it or if it even means anything special. I am a first generation at a super non-target but I got incredibly lucky my freshman year and landed a BB internship and another at a VC micro fund. Anyhow, I am not sure to make this a big deal but the bank that reached out to me seems great and I would love to have an opportunity there. But, does it mean I have much stronger chances?
