What Really Matters in this Process?

Hey guys,

Just wanted some insight into how I should approach this process. As you all know, places like GS / JPM will only start in July, but basically any other bank is fair game as some have started and others can be accelerated with an offer. I was wondering if it's worth holding out and if most spots at all other banks will fill up by then (Late July / Early August). Also, how important is networking in this process? If I've had multiple great conversations with most banks / groups I'm interested in, but how does that factor into the ultimate offer decision. This is obviously a long and very much luck-based process, and any insight and advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
