What're updated thoughts on IB division at Wells Fargo?
Title says it all; superdays are coming up for 2022 SAs so just wondering what this site's updated thoughts are in regards to best groups, the overall firm, and exit opps.
TMT - solid M&A and IPO deal flow
Definitely on the up and up, but its no Goldman lol.
Seems like they’ve been on an upward trajectory. Believe they ended last year top 10 in league tables in IB fees.
Had 3 friends intern there this summer. None are returning.
Lateral or no return offer?
2 got returns, 1 punted because he had a soft offer from another shop that has since materialized. All have moved to other MMs.
What group where they in?
I know two guys. One got a return and moved up and the other didn't get a return.
