What’s the deal with Selby Jennings?

From what it seems, they have a pipeline of lateral banking openings but they ghost on people. They blast my phone a million times only to read off a script. I’m so sick tired of following up to only have them forget who they even spoke to. Has anyone been placed at this shop that you know of? Thanks in advance guys!
