If in a 1st yr An role at BB/MM in DCM/ECM/CB, but want to make the move to IB/LevFin internally or externally, when and how is the best way to approach starting to try for a move? (Assume you should finish yr 1, given signing clawback and such). Would love to hear any experiences of those who made a similar move. Thanks!
