Where are the Internships for non-Dutch speakers

Does anyone know of good IB internships in the Netherlands that are possible for an undergrad who does not speak Dutch? Specifically, I'm a Bachelor's student at UvA.

Most of the job offers I found require a strong fluency in Dutch, both verbally and in writing, but I am nowhere near the professional level of speaking Dutch.

I don’t want to get stuck in an unrelated internship, so if anyone knows of any I should be targeting, please let me know. I'm sure you guys remember how hard it was to find something in freshman or sophomore year, so please help by suggesting possible internships where I can learn something. I would wholeheartedly appreciate any help!

TBH an unrelated internship might not even be bad. Recruiting in Europe is very name focused so if you can land a corp fin/strategy internship at one of the big tech companies in Amsterdam (Amazon, Tesla, Uber) this might be as good as a banking internship at any company that isn't ING. These roles are also substantially easier to land without Dutch as the firms are very international. So long as you can still show interest in finance it could be an alternative
