Which banks are still interviewing for first rounds? (BB/EB's)
Which are still interviewing for first rounds? (only BB/EB's)

Which locations are done and over with?
This is for FULL TIME.

"GS, MS: already had first rounds
JPM: already invited people for hirevues but everyone gets that
BAML: nothing except accelerated "diversity"
Barclays: nothing except accelerated "diversity"
DB: Nothing to my knowledge
CS: Nothing to my knowledge
UBS: no idea "
IS YOUR CAPS KEY STUCK?
yo
Baml hasn't had any yet, neither has DB/UBS
cool, any others? What about MM?
Aside from Greenhill/Moelis most are still doing first rounds for on campus and for noncore.
This isn't true, I know someone who has a superday with BAML
Oh shit, really? I'm basing this off what my contact at the firm told me--maybe he meant for the office in question. I think you're right, there definitely have been diversity/women super days.
DB is having its first rounds at the end of September.
ft?
best practice on the street is to remove your caps lock key
this guy gets it
What is the status on Citi?
Starts on-campus first rounds (for targets atleast) at end of september
Anyone else complete Koru for Citi? Guessing it's a no...
Yeah I did
Toronto doesn't start until mid to end of September
Have received and accepted an offer for a shop in Toronto. Barclays also already hired. BMO had Superdays end of August. Lazard was having superdays mid august. So basically the complete opposite of this.
Is this for summer or FT? buddy i work with has followed these timelines for FT recruiting but recruiters Ive spoken to have all said mid to lateSeptember of October for next summer. Im fairly well connected and have yet to hear about any recruiting being done fore summer analyst 2018 class so far.
I spoke with HR at BMO in Toronto, was told that SA 2018 recruiting starts late September.
GS, MS: already had first rounds JPM: already invited people for hirevues but everyone gets that BAML: nothing except accelerated "diversity" Barclays: nothing except accelerated "diversity" DB: Nothing to my knowledge CS: Nothing to my knowledge UBS: no idea
CS offer given out for accelerated, my friend got one
IS THIS FOR FULL TIME?

Duff and Phelps came to our campus a week back for a presentation (IB and RX team). But then its a boutique
Had a first-round with UBS over the phone a couple days ago - they reached out to me after I got in touch with a school alum. I think that's the best way to go and I don't believe it's too late, but I'd get on it fast if you're interested.
Ok Thanks Man!
UBS had diversity superdays
All these responses are for Full time right, just to confirm?
Hey Any take on Duff and Phelps? The firm has progressed a lot in terms of revenue and geographical expansion. But it still doesn't enjoy an image of a proper wall street investment bank. I know they are focused mostly on valuation but how about M&A and Restructuring. Can anyone please tell how are D&P analysts being perceived by college grads in US, the PE employers, and other banks? Are they still considered a firm similar to Big 4 or have they earned IB BOUTIQUE, MM level status? Final year undergrad Singapore
I have a friend at Duff & Phelps M&A IB, and through him have met several of his analyst colleagues. All are bright, social, personable and smart kids, and I bet had they been on the "path" with internships and maybe better schools more early on, they could have ended up at better banks. A lot of the analysts come from non traditional backgrounds, meaning that several didn't even do an IB summer analyst program, but rather random irrelevant finance internships after their junior year. Seems like as long as your a smart kid, they will give you an interview. That being said, only a very small amount of rock stars have gone on to private equity. If you are doing Duff & Phelps, if you are even thinking about PE, not even middle market, but the most you should be thinking about is Lower Middle Market PE at the very most. A lot of the analyst end up floating around wall street banks trying to find a career position track at a BB, or just take the skills they earned from their analyst years and end up doing something different.
Sorry for the confusion, my response for UBS was for SA
Thanks for all your replies, fellow monkeys! Please keep sharing as the recruiting process progresses!
I've read conflicting info on here about whether or not everyone who applies to JPM gets a HireVue video interview invite - what's the consensus on this?
Friend of mine at Stanford didn't get one, but he also has a sub 3.2 gpa.
Citi starting on Sep 14 for first rounds
For FT right?
Yes but for non-target. Not sure about target schools.
I had a phone screening with DB, apparently they are looking to give out final offers by early October.
are you non-target? DB seems to be having on-campus interviews for me and those don't start till end of september I believe. The timeline of early October would be consistent with this if superdays are the week after.
I'm trying to lateral from a MM shop.
Same here in terms of DB on-campus interview timing at my school.
did you get it by straight applying on site or reaching out to hr/analyst on linkedin or personal contact?
Just did a first round for Houlihan LA Industrial-FT noncore.
