Hi all,
I'm interested to know which banks pay corporate banking the same base salary as investment banks, as I know that at my bank right now it's not on equal footing even though our two groups are supposedly integrated according to our senior management.
Can anyone reading this please share if your bank has equal base pay for corporate and investment banking and what bank it is?

Ive heard BAML and Citi are paying them the same bases
I feel like a lot of banks were but we’ll have to wait and see post raises
Base is the same for analysts at most banks where the corporate bank sits within the investment bank
CB / IB base almost always deviates at the associate level though
