Which Banks Tend to Take Laterals?
Curious to see which banks / groups have a history of taking lateral Analysts. Of course I'm sure it's different every year based on need, whether an Analyst left early, whether the group is growing, etc. but are there any banks that tend to run lateral processes often? Are there any banks that don't take laterals at all?
Currently looking into lateraling, and just trying to see if there are any groups that I should prioritize or any that I should avoid wasting my time on.
Bump
I’ve been interviewing for lateral spots. Don’t think there’s any one bank that really hires more laterals than another. Very unstructured and more just one off processes based on need
Thanks! Are you a current first-year (started Summer '20) or second year?
Third year actually. I just haven’t updated my title on here in awhile
