which offer to take?

Got let go of from a LMM boutique back in April and have had my nose to the grind stone for the past 6 months. Finally have a solid offer and expect to have another soon.

A. (offer in hand): 5 person M&A team at a ~100 person firm. Rest of employees are sector focused coverage, ER, and trading.

B. (expecting) Placement Agent at a ~5 person shop. REPE primary equity fundraising.

Not as much information on Placement Agents, but they've tried selling me on their golf outings with notable endowments and the opportunity to take on a lot of responsibility. I think the choice is pretty obvious, but I wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything.

Thanks!
