Which VDRs (virtual data rooms) do you typically recommend? And why?
Hi, just wondering what VDRs you recommend and why (M&A/Corporate suggestions most relevant). Do you ever use internal systems?

The sponsor or client will decide most likely anyways so it doesn't matter even though they treat you for drinks or other special stuff to get your business. My group just went to an all-you-can-eat buffet at Heyday right near where we work. Also, got vouchers to buy stuff at the Starbucks at the end of the block.

An analyst told me he has gotten multiple "favors" from data room providers. Is this true that data room providers will do stuff like that to analysts just to get business?
