They have a MB model (merchant banking). Plus there have been 1 maybe 2 exits of that caliber/type. Well-connected place

 

From what I remember, seems that the role of BizDev in a sports league (even the NFL) is a bit overhyped in that it's kinda boring, it doesn't really lead to much interesting stuff. He works for the NFL, not a specific team, so it's not really team management stuff, but m&a for small things to build the NFL's brand, which isn't necessarily a huge thing for them -- it's not like some high-growth tech firm or FAANG where they're acquiring left and right
