Williams 3+2 (Columbia)

Hey,

Was wondering how the Williams 3+2 program would do in terms of recruitment. If I were to do it, I'd do 3 yrs at Williams and get an economics/finance degree, then 2 years @ columbia and get a biomedical engineering degree.

Worth it over just doing 4 yrs @ williams? I'm interested in BME (interned @ duke doing research there in HS) & it seems like a fun thing to do in school to open up broader career paths. Being in a biotech group could also be interesting.

Thoughts?

I understand where you're coming from but Columbia is expensive as shit. I don't know your family's financial situation and I don't want to assume too much, but if you're like most other people an extra year at one of the most unis in the nation can take a hit.
