Would love some insight about Citadel Securities in NY

Came across an opportunity at Citadel Securities in NY and am preparing for an interview, would love to hear some insight or suggestions. It’s a role on the business development side of Citadel Securities, related to DMM business segment and more on the relationship management/prospecting side, so not really on their investment/trading/quant side. Sounds exciting and it kinda matches my background, but for sure I have a lot to learn. Wanted to see if anyone is familiar with this side of Citadel’s business and I'd appreciate some info such as their interviews, pay package, culture, career path/turnover, and work-life balance? Citadel Securities is a leader in this business and have lots of smart people, so I certainly would love to explore this opportunity. Thanks in advance!
