WTF is this club??? (Consortium Research)

Not trying to hate, but I’m genuinely confused how this group of mostly non-target kids with kinda mid-looking reports managed to place people into S+/S offers (minus two at Moelis, that one makes sense) and somehow attract a ton of Ivy kids to join.

Also kinda funny they’re out here sending rejections like they’re GPS or PJT RSSG lol. I’ve got a 3.9+ at an S+ target and didn’t hear back after a first-round.

Not even trying to hate on these non targets but I’m going to place well and am a top college that they could flex. What’s going on with all these student run clubs being so selective????

I’m guessing that this post was made by one of the JHU kids going to Moelis in the club to seem prestigious / selective and get attention lol. Making up a fake scenario is kinda cringe ngl.

lol not one of the aforementioned kids but we don’t need to be doing all this. We have 200+ applicants. This kid came 10 mins late and couldn’t walk through the three statements.

How do people have multiple internships at once? Outside of like confidential information & fiduciary duties, how do people find the time to work 2-3 IB (remote?) jobs at once. I feel like im going crazy lol
